Cardio Exercises at Home

What are cardio exercises?  In your quest to lose fat, cardio exercises are among the most effective exercises to burn fat by boosting your metabolism and increasing your heart rate.  Some excellent cardio exercises at home include working out on treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes, interval workouts, sit and stands, and long jumps. Essentially any exercise that gets you into your heart rate zone, which you also enjoy doing.  A list of cardio exercises for outdoors include jogging, biking, cross-training, and running to just name some.

Doing cardio workouts at home are also a good way of warming up prior to engaging in any waist training related exercises.  As always, please consult a qualified physician about your cardio workout and weight loss plans prior to committing to any long-term exercise programs.
